While it's a shame ye won't be joinin' us on the high seas, we understand that sometimes plans change quicker than a squall. But fear not, matey—our cancellation policy won't send ye to Davy Jones' locker! Here's how ye can cancel or amend yer reservation with ease.
The information provided is only valid for reservations made directly through the official website of Phi Phi Pirate Boat (https://phiphipirate.com). Refund and cancellation policies may vary for reservations made through unauthorised sites, travel agencies, or in-person sales. For reservations made through any other third party.
The Refunds and Cancelation information listed on this page is applicable only to general admission tours on the Phi Phi Pirate Pirate. This policy does not apply to private charters on Phi Phi Pirate Boat.
Cancelations and Refunds
This page be here to provide ye with all the details ye need about our refund and cancellation policies. We'll ensure ye know the conditions under which ye can cancel yer voyage and what refunds ye might be entitled to—so ye can sail through the process without a hitch!
1. Deposits:
Deposits paid to reserve space on the Phi Phi Pirate Boat are non-refundable in all circumstances due to customer request.
2. Cancelations:
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable and will incur the full charge, regardless of the reason. Guests remain responsible for all pre-agreed payments, and we reserve the right to charge the full amount or seek reimbursement through alternative means.
Sickness: If cancellations are made within 24 hours of the tour date due to sickness, illness, food poisoning, or bodily injury, we recommend seeking reimbursement through your travel insurance provider. No refund will be issued and guests are still liable for the full payment.
No Show: We cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you fail to check in on time for the Pirate Boat, you will be considered a no-show and no alternative tour date will be provided. Guests are responsible for the full tour amount.
Phuket: If you accidentally book the Pirate Boat under the assumption that we provide pickup in Phuket, no refunds will be issued. Guests are responsible for the full ticket price, unless the mistake is identified at least 24 hours before the tour date.
4. How To Claim:
If you need to cancel your reservation please inform the Phi Phi Pirate Boat in writing by email to hello@phiphipirate.com. We are unable to acknowledge refund requests submitted by message apps including Whatsapp or Instagram.
5. Payment Processing Fees:
All credit card refunds are subject to a 3% payment processing fee to cover non-refundable costs incurred by our payment provider.
6. Date Changes:
If you would like to change the date of your reservation with Phi Phi Pirate Boat please contact us by email at hello@phiphipirate.com, at least 24 hours prior to the tour date, subject to availability.
Changing the tour date costs 100 Baht per person and can only be done once per reservation. This change is subject to availability and approval by Phi Phi Pirate Boat. Once a date change has been made, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
7. Name Changes:
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person, it is not possible to change the ticket holder name.
🌧 8. Weather:
Occasionally, the Phi Phi Pirate Boat Tour may be cancelled due to poor weather. Please note that the tour is an outdoor activity, and we do NOT cancel for rain. We priorotise your saftey and cancel tours when sea conditions are considered unsafe.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather or sea conditions, the final decision will be made on the day of the tour. Guests will be notified as soon as possible if this happens. If the ship proceeds to said but a guest decides not to join, no refunds will be provided, and the guest may remain liable for the full ticket price.
In the event of a tour cancellation due to weather concerns, a full refund will be given without any deduction for payment processing fees. Alternatively, guests may be offered a different tour or a rescheduled date.
9. Crypto Refunds:
Payments made with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, or any other cryptocurrency are subject to the same refund policy outlined above. However, due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, all refunds will be issued in Thai Baht (THB) at the equivalent amount of the initial payment at the time of purchase. This means the refunded amount will be based on the THB value of the cryptocurrency payment when it was originally made, regardless of any fluctuations in the cryptocurrency's value. This ensures fairness and consistency for all guests.
